Things You May Already Know But I'm Going To Post Them Anyways

Occasionally, I feel like throwing out a little Kara with a K PSA, you know? Today is one such day.

First of all: The King's Speech. A-maz-ing movie. If you are skeptical of the R rating, don't let that detract you from seeing it, the language that garnered the rating occur in practically only two scenes and I can live with that having seen The Town in the last few months. The acting is superb and the story is inspirational. Need I say more? How about, "Just Go See It". Your welcome.

Also on the Living Proof Ministries website they are offering a free download of a teaching on Jeremiah by Beth Moore called "Eat Pray Love". Any time you can get free Beth, you should go for it. Always. I have only listened to Session 1 and I am already wrecked. To say it's been timely is the biggest understatement of my year thus far. Wow. Here is the link for the Beth Moore goodness. Having no idea how long this will be free (perhaps it has been for the last few months and I was just clueless until a week or so ago), I say go there now. I'll wait.

Lastly, Kristian Stanfill's new album Mountains Move. That's the stuff right there. Download or purchase wherever it makes your heart content to do so, but just get it. For reals.

So that is all. I have done my service for a Tuesday. Watch, Listen, Listen some more. It's going to be a great day.

  1. Thanks for the Beth link, and also the music recommendation! I've already downloaded the Jeremiah teaching and am hopping over to iTunes to hear the music! :)

Now, if you can just find me two kid-free hours to watch the movie, I'm all set! LOL
